Key Responsibilities
- Lead discovery research: surveys, interviews, field studies in partner venues.
- Map journeys for sign-in, consent, and ad interactions; identify friction points.
- Create wireframes, flows, and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma; validate with users.
- Establish modular design system; document components, tokens, and guidelines.
- Run usability tests and heuristics; iterate from qualitative and quantitative insights.
- Collaborate with PM/Engineering on scope and handoff; ensure feasibility.
- Ensure WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility; design for localization and responsiveness.
- Partner with Marketing on brand consistency and campaign creative templates.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Design/HCI or equivalent portfolio experience.
- 2+ years designing responsive web/mobile products; strong shipped portfolio.
- Expert in Figma components/prototyping; comfortable with FigJam/whiteboarding.
- Skilled in research methods and turning insights into design decisions.
- Comfortable with analytics and experimentation (GA4, Mixpanel/Amplitude; A/B testing).
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design.
- Excellent storytelling and cross-functional collaboration skills.
